MHH Single Beam Truss Gantry Crane

Truss gantry crane can be extensively found in a variety of fields and sectors to accomplish small to heavy duty lifting work. It is distinguished by the fact that it is built with truss girder so as to prevent the attack of strong winds and storms. According to the girder construction, the crane can be classified into single girder and double girder. Each type has its own advantages and disadvantages with respect to the crane capacity, lifting speed and working efficiency.

The main beam of truss crane has single main beam, also has double main beam, in order to adapt to the use of different working degree and places.

Generally, CD, MD and other types of electric hoist are used in lifting equipment of truss crane. According to the operation requirements, two electric hoist can be set. For double beam cranes and places suitable for large lifting operations, electric hoist trolley is generally used as lifting device to improve the carrying capacity.

The truss gantry crane is lighter than the universal gantry crane, the structure is light and simple, the installation is less difficult, the fuselage strength is strong and not easy to demage, the price is relatively cheap and the stability is good, suitable for a variety of occasions. Such as steel mills, workshops, warehouses, railways, highways, construction sites, sand mines and so on. The working temperature is -20~40ºC. It can be designed and manufactured on demand.
